When I booked my pickup with College Hunks, I thought that I was just getting a junk removal service, but it exceeded my expectations!!! The manager called me the day before my scheduled service to confirm some details, including my need for a Certificate of Insurance for my condo building. (The Hunks got my certificate in a matter of an hour or so, and my building was very impressed with them). The day of my service, I got a call from the Hunks, telling me that they were 30 minutes away. When they got to my condo, they did a walk through and detailed their pricing. They protected my door and my floors and accomplished my removal with no problems or stress. Further, they donated a few items to charity and furnished me with a donation receipt a week or so later. I was able to pay the guys directly with credit card right on the spot. The guys were clean cut, and I felt safe with them. They were respectful to me, my property and my elderly mother. Their service was so incredible, I happily hired them again to move me from my condo to a new house. Once again, they were very professional and very detail oriented. I would certainly recommend them to everyone that is in need of a move or a junk removal. I have used them twice already in the past month. |
