Silverback handled my move from Milan, MI to Royal Oak, MI yesterday and it could not have gone more smoothly. Mike, Joe, and David were professional, talented, and genuinely nice people. It was a pleasure hanging out with them while they were working. Even though they are paid hourly, they worked consistently and did not try to drag out the time for the move. They completed our move in 8 hours, including roughly a 1.5 drive due to weather and traffic jams. Given the fact that the stairs in the new townhouse are very narrow, I am extremely impressed with their ability to get our large items up to the third floor and around some corners. The only minor stumble was that there is a 5% charge for using a credit card that I don't recall being told about (but I could be wrong), but considering the relatively small dollar amount, I really cannot complain. I would absolutely recommend Silverback, especially this specific crew, and plan to use them whenever I move again in the future. |
