12/04/2008 Doing business with Barrett is very enjoyable. The courteous staff is always anxious to help. Wheather it's to open the dock doors, assist with locating my order, double checking my order, and helping load the awkward pieces onto my truck. Their willcall area is always clean and well lighted. The rental equipment is only a few steps away and ready to go. I am a customer on a regular basis due to these facts. (not an employee). Convienient to the freeway, it's easy in and easy out, what a time saver!! Thanks to all the crew in Eden Prairie and see ya next week. |
