The store manager, Jeff Weishner, is outstanding! My husband and I are from out of town and needed long-term storage for a truck. It was a Friday night in December (freezing cold and windy as well) about 20 minutes before closing when we arrived at the office. Jeff warmly welcomed us and was extremely thorough in explaining all the aspects of the storage unit, he took us outside to show us how to use the keypad for the gate AND he walked to our unit and helped my husband back the truck into the unit. We never felt we were being rushed or asked too many questions. The storage unit was clean, the office area was spotless and very orderly. This man runs a tight ship and it is refreshing to see! I highly recommend Store #143 at 38390 Chester Road, Avon, OH 44011. |
