Moving is an adventure! An emergency situation arose that forced a neighbor to move out by the end of the month, four days away. This is normally the busiest time of the month for renting a truck. We did not have a reservation and we hoped for the best. The staff was amazing. They were able to get us a truck for the afternoon. We also needed a tow bar for a car. Again, the staff accommodated us. They were understanding and did everything they could to make a trying situation into a happy ending. The truck was clean and the price was reasonable. We appreciate the effort, time, and courtesy of the U-Haul employees. |
