8/26/2010 after reading all of the reviews i thought I should post something since I had a pretty good experience. I was the first move of the day. They showed up right at 7am on a Saturday. I had all of my stuff boxed and ready to go. They loaded the truck and followed me to the new place. Everything was unloaded and they were gone by 9am. I had an entire one bedroom apartment of stuff to move including a huge couch, chair, entertainment center....queen size bed....book cases....and various other big things you don't realize you have until you need to move. I think I packed up around 50 boxes of stuff too. now, I wouldn't trust them with anything of major value. the boxes did get tossed around a bit. the biggest tragedy was the cap coming off the hairspray and getting all over all of my bathroom stuff. big deal. three guys worked hard the entire time. they never stopped moving. it was the most painless move i've ever had. the grand total was $181 the day of the move (plus whatever i put down for deposit)....and I gave all three of them a pretty nice tip on top of it. I can't complain! |
