10/26/2011 Overall, I was very happy. But, be warned. They have you sign a form that if they damage an assemble yourself item, they are not responsible for it. I had a new ( less than a year old ) tv stand from target that was in mint condition. After we moved, there was a crack in the back leg. After months of talking through emails, they finally sent me a copy of the waiver I signed and said they will not be taking care of it. I then talked to a manager and he backed up the waiver and gave me an example when he moved a client, a piece made of particle board just fell apart on him. Really? My piece was not in that kind of shape. I guess I would assume if the company new they are fragile, they would first let me know about it, second, take a little extra care of it like they would with glass. It was the only assemble yourself piece I had in the house. |
