Hired to move slate pool table, broke 2 pieces of slate while driving from one location to the next, and assured me that they had replacement slate in their garage from another pool table move that they broke. Showed up the next Saturday to finish the table, but had a family emergency, left the slate that they had and took the final piece of slate with them, would schedule to finish the table as soon as the family member was stable.....that was a month ago, re-scheduled and not showed up multiple times coming up with excess after excess....won't return phone calls or text messages.....only time they have responded was when I stated I was going to the police in my messages, again failure to show or call.....phones go straight to voice mail....address listed on their web site is a fraud...foreclosed house.....I have been left no choice but the file charges with the prosecutors office....felony -- $1200 of slate not returned........ |
