I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from this company. They did NOT wrap ANYTHING, damaged almost all of our expensive furniture, including a brand new expensive TV. The biggest problem here was how they managed the situation. After no response for a week, we received an angry email from the sales manager Dee informing us we will not be receiving any money for the repairs for the TV, and that our only option is to go through the DMV. The worst customer service and business model I have every encountered. DO NOT USE THEM. |
