10/18/2006 OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE: I recently hired Big Dog for a move. They were scheduled to be at my home at 9:30 AM. Long story short, they didn't arrive until 2:30 PM. However, they were courteous, apologetic, and kept me up to date every step of the way. They offered me an additional crew member at no charge, and when they did arrive, they were fast, friendly, efficient, and took care in moving and securing my items. Despite the tardiness (which was not their fault), I would use them again and have already recommended them to friends and colleagues. |
