Do not use this company! They secured their deposit from my account over 5 weeks ago. Since that time i cant get ahold of anyone. Out of 27 phone calls and around 16 messages left to them i reached my representative finally who assured me they would be at my home on time to move my family. Then on the day i was scheduled to move someone called whom i have never talked to before and canceled my move. Talk about a nightmare but it didnt stop there. I was assured that my deposit would go back into my account within 24-48 hours. Its been a month and noone answers the phone nor returns my voice messages. I have not recieved my deposit back and fully believe that was their scam to begin with. Secure the deposit and walk away with my hard earned money while providing me with 0 services. Beware of this company if you value your time and money! |
