It was my first time using a moving company. In the past I used a Uhaul or just asked friends to help with a promise of some beer and pizza. But moving from New Jersey to Florida required the big guns. I got 5 different quotes from all the big movers but chose Dynamic Relocation in the end for two main reasons. 1) Customer Service. The person who gave us a free estimate really took her time. She made sure I went room by room and named every piece of furniture I had. She asked all the right questions and took the time to answer mine. 2) The price. My quote came in right in between the low price and high. My mind set being...you get what you pay for...customer service tipped my choice. And am I glad I chose Dynamic Relocation. In three words. Service, Communication and Results. I had not one scratch on my furniture. Not one broken piece of glass. The driver even called me several times to inform me of delivery times and to make sure all was well. It was a great experience start to finish and I would use Dynamic Relocation again in a heartbeat. Not to mention recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for a job well done from first time mover! |
