Referred by a friend, I was a little apprehensive about hiring movers for the first time. Their online ratings were helpful in pushing me over the edge, and in the end I can't imagine ever making a move without a company as efficient and professional as these guys. No doubt Great America Van Lines was exactly the company I was looking out for. The woman on the phone I believe was very helpful, informative, knew what she was talking about, and got me a move date and estimate that was accurate and itemized. It was a pleasure. She sent out an information packet as promised and had been clear on all the steps and responsibilities. She also agreed to provide me with an all inclusive price which would not increase and had no hidden charges. The movers I collaborated with were very knowledgeable and insightful, as well as being very good communicators. I was very comfortable as they handled my belongings because they showed top skills and experience packing and loading my valuables. They did not scratch my furniture and for that I give them a 5 star. |
