This guy guaranteed to deliver my car to a place in North Carolina not effected by Hurricane Irene by Friday Aug 26. He said it would take 3-4 days to get the car there. I delivered my car to him even earlier than he asked. He passed me off to some other company that still has not delivered my car (going on 11 days later). They used every excuse in the book. When I called Gene at E.L. Rosling, he just blew me off, saying it was the other company's problem. When I pressed him, Gene said I was totally unreasonable because of Irene and hung up on me! The hurricane wasn't even a factor. What a putz. |
