This company is used by Sears for applicance delivery in south shore of Massachussets. The workers caused water damage in basement when installing washer. They pulled outflow pipe out when installing washer. The driver lied and claim was denied. I will be taking Sears, Home Delivery America and JR & Son Express corp to small claims to get the damages I am owed. I not only recommend never using this company, but don't buy from Sears eitehr as they don't stand behind their deleivery. They just say it's a third party contractor. |
