I had called to get some pieces of furniture and was given a date the following week at 2:30pm. I made it to the house and waited. After 15 minutes had gone by, I called their number, no answer. I get a text message saying that they were stuck on a job and would be running a little late. An hour goes by and I ask them if I need to reschedule or find someone else. Their response was giving me another time that day, 7pm. At 6:30pm, I get a text message saying that they are unable to make the appointment and that it wasn't their fault. The job of the moving company is to go from appt to appt and ensure that timeliness is met. The text conversation was unprofessional and disrespectful. DO NOT use these people!!! |
