Do not use them! This is the second time they moved me -- no issues on the first move 3 years ago. After this move, I'll never use them again. They say they would wrap blankets around the furniture during the move to prevent wall and furniture scratches, but you have to keep reminding them to do so throughout the whole move or they won't do it. Needless to say the walls are all scratched up -- even left a gaping hole when moving the couch. Very inefficient -- you pay less per hour, but you end up paying more in total because they take a longer time to complete tasks (compared to other movers). They also dismantled a bed without putting it back together: it was around 7pm and they told me they had to return the truck but they would come back and assemble the bed. Guess what -- they did not return. After calling the owner of the business, I was told they had no recollection, and owner would not do anything to verify the truth -- very unprofessional. Final advice to all reading this: Do not sign the final paperwork (usually at the end of the move) until everything is done. Once you sign it, there's really nothing you can do legally to make claims afterwards. |
