HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Had $5000 earrings stolen and noticed right away. They were to pack on a Friday and move to their storage the next day. As soon as they left I noticed the earrings missing and called to have this resolved by the time they came the next day. Of course the guys who did the packing could no longer be reached...for months!! They also went through my closer and pulled out a $4500 Louis vuitton limited edition handbag I had been hiding and said to specifically go no where near that area of my closet. I found the bag wrapped in a moving box which was to be sent to their storage center the next day. Luckily I caught this mistake or I probably would never see this bag again--which is irreplaceable!! I finally got a call from their insurance company 5 months later and they just said, we don't cover jewelry. Sorry file with your homeowners.. The WORST company I have ever dealt with!!!! Save yourself and your precious belongings!!!! |
