This is the most unsatisfactory move I have ever made. I cannot even rate the movers because my things have not arrived yet. I lived in a hotel for 10 days and have lived in a completely empty house for 10 days so far. I keep getting the run around from my move manager and I would be embarassed to treat people the way this company has treated me as a customer so far. I have literally called at least 30 times and left 12 messages on her voicemail. I have also sent about 10 emails which she does not reply to and when she does, there is no useful information at all. All I want is my own property delivered to me. I would have glady rented a Uhaul truck and done this move myself if I knew it was going to be this much hassle. If you are thinking about using this company let me make it easy for you...DO NOT USE THEM...find another company or do it yourself. |
