Nov 25 2010: I had a great experience with Brooklyn Movers New York Best Moving Companies from beginning to end. The salesperson I was communicating with was very helpful, and was patient with me even with all of my questions (I had a TERRIBLE move with another company a few months earlier when moving my things into storage). On the day of the move, things went smoothly.. everyone was professional, hardworking, efficient. They actually wrapped my furniture, unlike the full service movers that i used to move into storage. I didn't have any hidden charges, either... I was told up front when getting my estimate what my extra charges were - the boxes i used from their truck and if i wanted extra insurance. The one negative thing, if you can call it that, is that my actual charge was a bit higher that what I was quoted. I'm not terribly upset, though, because the person i spoke to did tell me that the quote allotted for some minor traffic delays... but choosing to move on a Friday, I suppose, actually ends up with major traffic delays. That's just the way things are and is not really anyone's fault. I still recommend Brooklyn Movers New York Best Moving Companies to my friends and family. |
