03/10/2011: EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!! I used a woman's touch moving for a relatively large move from one 5 bedroom house to a storage unit and then into another house; and they were absolutely the best! The young lady that I spoke with from the office (Hannah, I think) was very polished, caring and accommodating. She walked me through every step of the process, called to confirm the move and was available for any concerns that i had. The movers arrived early for the move and were very courteous. They handled all my belongs with care. I even used a woman's touch to unpack my furniture since they did such a wonderful job with the move. I did not have any broken or stolen furniture; only a few minor scratches on the wall from the huge armoire that they had to take to the top level of the home (which they offered to repair, but i did not allow as it was the least i could do since they did not charge me extra for the oversized piece like other movers). If I ever need to relocate or know of anyone moving, i will recommend a woman's touch with no hesitation!!! Thank you so much for the stressfree move! |
