They are the worst moving company I've ever dealt with by far. Completely unprofessional and liars. They've been holding my things hostage for a month now, even though I paid them in full. I have a $0 balance with them and they simply refuse to give me my items. My numerous attempts to contact them (both by phone and by email) go ignored and unanswered. Don't ever use this company. They pay people to write good reviews for them so they seem legit. But if you dig deeper as I should have you'll find the truth. That they are thieves and scam artists. So if you never want to be able to speak with your moving company and you never want to see your belongings again, then this is the company for you. However, if you value your time, money and possessions then steer as far away from conway van lines as humanly possible. |
