I was very nervous moving across the country and hiring movers was one of the biggest concerns I had. I got estimates from multiple companies and they were the most competitive so I went with them. Every part of the process was handled professionally and perfectly. The Sales rep was knowledgable and quick to respond to questions. I packed some of my things but left all of the fragile items to them. The packer was outstanding and extremely fast and when I unpacked in my new home, not one item was broken! (I still don't know how that happened, but I am not complaining). The crews that loaded and un-loaded my things were professional and fast and just an overall great team to work with. After going through all of my things, only one thing ended up damaged (A small leg on a dresser was cracked), for a cross country move where they had to load and unload my things twice, I cannot count that as a negative. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them if I ever move again. |
