I had a number of damaged/broken items. My move was in July, I sent them all of the receipts for repairs and replacements-$1500 worth by Sept 15, 2015. They have continued to put me off and say that I will be paid. It's now January 2016 and I have not been paid a penny. Nice people but don't ever use them if you expect your goods to arrive undamaged; if damaged don't expect to ever see a penny. |
