Company picked up my elderly mother in laws car telling her transport to Florida would take four to five days. It is now 10 days and no car. My mother in law and her 96 year old father have been stuck without transportation for 6 days. We have been told by company numerous breakdowns have delayed transport. Woman on phone told me the last she new car was in Virginia somewhere and then told me very rudely I've told you enough....I would not recommend to anyone. I am following up with state agencies to inquire on licensing, dot numbers, etc. simply deplorable. |
