We were treated VERY poorly over the course of a long distance move. The owner gave us a low estimate and then tried to charge us several thousand dollars more. When my father bargained him down, he began berating my father throughout the rest of the move. We have recently moved back to Maryland; second time around, we used Town & Country, who treated us much better and charged us HALF of what 495 Movers charged us. 495 Movers got to our destination a day late, they were very rude to us, and I felt they could have taken better care of our items. If you're looking for quality customer service and people who care, look past 495 Movers and try Town & Country. |
