Awful experience for the second time. This guy is a liar. first time back in February I called him and scheduled for 3 hours moving between floors, he called and canceled and asked if he can come the day after. the other day showed up 5 hours late when I was about to call and cancel .

Had a horrible experience with Mantruk movers. Had a move from NC to Ok. Upon arrival most of our furniture was scratched dented or broke. Spoke to Ernest who told me he would call me back. After he would not answer my phone calls, I text him the picture of the damage.

Ernest and Leon were on time and went right to work with a furniture move from one apartment to another and then to a storage area that had to be cleaned out. They worked quickly and completed the job in under two hours! Very polite and accommodating...the only small concern was with a box marked

Ernest took my deposit, failed to ship anything, then claimed financial issues and refused to return my deposit. Do not give him a down payment!!!! He will string you along then not deliver. He mentioned declaring bankruptcy to avoid all the bad reviews. Read reviews!!!!!
