We were told so many lies, our items were damaged and at least 6 valuable items never arrived so were clearly taken, it took double the time we were told and our custom made sofa is destroyed. They are a scam that hold your items hostage for more money dont use them....buyers beware. They accept contracts than they will break the contract and keep your stuff.....do not use this service.
