Comments: The good news - they helped with my move, showed up on time, and crossed state line. All good. The bad news - they didn't do a box count - neither did I. Box containing (and labeled - my bad) jewlery gone. I phoned Al's to report, but never got call back. IMHO Customer Service should extend to after the sale.
