We are professionals at moving and packing contents of a house or business that has been affected by water, fire, mold, etc. We use packing boxes of all sizes to pack-out the contents. Delicate items are bubble wrapped and boxes are secured with wrapping paper. A full digital inventory of salvageable and non-salvageable items is created for recalling the exact location of household items. We offer cleaning of any damaged goods from mold to smoke damage that can be salvaged. We discard any items that are non-salvageable after they have been cleared by the insurance company at no extra cost.

We also offer a full pack-back of your house, which means that we can use our detailed pictures to place things back the way they were before the pack-out for convenience. If the items were moved prior to the pack-out, we can place them back to where the homeowner wants them arranged.

We also offer pod storage on or off-site for convenience and timeliness. All pods are secured with a Master Disc lock to avoid tampering. If the HOA does not permit on-site storage, then we can have the pod professionally moved and stored in a climate controlled off-site warehouse. We also offer climate controlled on-site pods upon request. We have $100,000 pod insurance for pods stored on-site. Pod storage offers the least amount of moving of household items while they are stored, ensuring that items are not broken or damaged.
