When you move with first priority movers: you can be assured that there are no hidden costs. The final estimate is based on the items listed on the inventory list or the weight or cbf stated on the estimate.

The estimate is for a door to door move and includes:

1.A crew of most experienced trained and professional movers.
2.Assembly and disassemble of all furniture.
3.Loading and unloading labor.
4.Insurance standard valuation @.60 cents per lb. Per article.
5.30 days free storage in tx.Ga.Ca.Ny.Only in the state the job is performed.
6.Blanket wrapping of all furniture by trained professional movers.
7.Gas, tolls, mileage, and government fees.
8.Any additional pickup within 15 mile radius free of charge.
8.Free packing labor services.
9.No extra charge for weekend pickup or delivery .
Not included:

. Packing material (if needed) includes tape, boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, mattress covers, plastic covers, etc. Materials are an additional cost and will be charged in accordance with the quantities used on the day of the move, but can be purchased in advance from your representative at a discount price.
Shuttle fee: if the 53ft trailer can not access your delivery location, a shuttle will be required. The cost for a shuttle depends on the size of the shipment.
Long carry charges apply for distances greater than 75ft from the door to the truck.
Each additional flight of stairs will be $75 or an agreed amount.
Elevator charge depends on size of shipment

. Delivery schedule :

. Delivery window begins on the first possible date for you to receive your goods. We will work with you and your schedule to give you the best time frame for your delivery. Communication is important element for a smooth delivery. Guaranteed delivery up to 14 business days to most states. Insurance:

Any additional items on the day of the move beyond what is stated on the contract will result in additional cost.To avoid any inconvenience please contact your representative to add the items to the contract prior to the move.

. Method of payment:

. 1. 20%. Deposit upon service order paid by any major credit card. 2. 50% of total move upon pickup (cash, cashier check, money order, personal check ). 3.Balance due upon delivery (postal money order only.). The minimum job charge is $850.00.
