I have had to use movers three times in the past 2 years. I am aware of what questions to ask when scheduling a move. When I scheduled this move and ask for a quote I was told $65. for two men and $75 for three. I also would be charged an additional $45. for a trip charge. The men worked slowly compared to the other companies we have used. The extra man at times wondered around out on the lawn. What should have taken a max of 4 hrs took 6 hrs. We then were told they were going to charge us an extra trip charge of 1 hr. I refused to pay this as it was not in the quote. I am very offended when someone tries to pull something that is not on the quote. This is bad buisness practices and I would not use them again. If you have a company charge then state it upfront. No one likes surprises at the end. I would not recommend this company. |
