Just used New City Moving today, and i couldn't be more pleased. Not only was the team incredibly nice and professional, but they were SUPER fast. Like, lightening fast. I got out of a one bedroom apartment and into another one in under 3 hours. And let me tell you, I have a LOT of stuff. Everything was delivered in perfect condition....AND they gave me a ride in the truck so I didn't have to walk to the new place.
Oh, and my quote I got up front? Right on the money. Granted, I was VERY specific in what I had in my apartment and estimated everything pretty spot on, but still. I fully expected them to jack up the price for SOMETHING (like all my movers have in the past), but they did not. They kept to their estimated time and it cost me exactly what I expected. Which, for the record, was less than any other moving company I called.
Seriously, moving sucks. A lot. But these guys made everything so much easier. In fact, as of 10pm tonight, I am about 85% moved into my new pad. And all thanks to New City Moving. If you're moving, this is the company to call.
