The company at hand is a pro.
They cost more but deliver on what they promise.
One of their estimators came out by the name of Jacob and did an on site inspection.
At first I didn't really understand anything about the business and how it all goes down.

Judging from the other reviews, these guys aren't good for longer distance moves, but I moved within San Francisco and everything turned out well. Maybe they contract out? There were a few things that would prevent an 5 star rating: I got a call they day before asking if I could do the move that day ...
