Questions & Answers
Question 1: (3/14/2010 2:40:00 PM) from dat338
John I'm not supposed to show any information via the umover email system until you accept my bid so I think you need to accept bid first then they will give out all contact information. I would try to email you but I don't want to get kicked off this site. I can assure you I have been around for several years and have plenty of references you can check. I also have reviews in yelp.com ltmoving. I am based out of chicago. I am back on the road Wednesday. Cincinnati, Baltimore, Florida, Louisana Ohio then home. I'm on the road a lot. Dave
Question 2: (3/7/2010 11:55:00 AM) from dat338
Thanks John, I can pack a 17' truck really well you would be surprised how much can fit, I just dont want there to be any disappointments on your end. I just got back from 2 weeks on the road: Naples Fla. NYC, Baltimore, DC, NJ, VA......I'm Tired!!! Finally I'm back home in Chicago..We will keep in touch. Dave
    Answer 1: (3/8/2010 1:53:00 PM) From jchamp72
Thanks Dave - and welcome home! We still have a little bit of time, but we'd like to be in touch with you relatively soon to ask some questions. Is there a web site for your company or other, better way to be in contact?
Question 3: (2/23/2010 12:28:00 AM) from dat338
Thanks John. That helps me determine how many movers I should provide on either end. 2nd floor is not bad. 17' truck accomidates up to a 2 bedroom, think that will be large enough? I'd like to keep it around 17' as larger ones are diesel and more costly to run. Dave
Question 4: (2/19/2010 5:20:00 AM) from dat338
how many flights of stairs, thanks Dave
    Answer 1: (2/19/2010 7:14:00 AM) From jchamp72
Hi Dave - We live on the 2nd floor - 1 flight of stairs (front and back entry). Our destination is still somewhat tentative, but likely 1 flight of stairs as well. Thanks - John
    Answer 2: (2/23/2010 11:25:00 AM) From jchamp72
Hi Dave - that should be enough. I'm going to do a little more research to make absolutely sure. We're also in the process of getting rid of some excess furniture (i.e. sleeper sofa) to make the load more reasonable. Let's be in touch!
